   Appearance:
   Around 80cm in height and weighing roughly 70kg, Maverick is lean with a little bit of muscle. He's covered in thick and scruffy dark coloured fur, which is a mixture of black, brown, and cream hues. His face is covered in ebony fur, except for his chin, which is a light grey. The majority of his body is covered in black and brown, apart for cream streaks and patches around his rump and back legs. His tail is long and bushy, and his legs are slim yet sturdy. The most noticeable things about Maverick are his bright, wide, and expressive honey tone eyes, and the small patch of snow fur located on his chest.

   Personality:
   As his name suggests, Maverick is an independent wolf. He is very opinionated, and believes strongly in his own views, because of this he is very open and honest about what he thinks, even at the expense of others. It is very difficult to sway him as he is very stubborn and set in his ways. He hasn't completely adjusted to pack life, having lived life as a rogue the past few years... and so isn't exactly fond of those in authority and often questions their motives. Despite this, Maverick is very loyal to those he knows and trusts well enough. Around strangers or acquaintances Maverick is quite serious and withdrawn. He's more of a listener rather than a talker. When he gets used to being around certain wolves however, he lightens up a little, and opens up a little more.

   History:

   Weaknesses:
   • Independent. He does not like to ask for help. Instead he'll continue to struggle with a particular problem by himself, until it's so bad that he has to.
   •  Incredibly honest. Both a strength and a weakness. His bluntness isn't always appreciated.
   •  Mistrusts those in authority. Unused to pack life, Maverick often questions the motives of those that call themselves Alpha.
   •  Very stubborn. Once he's set on something there is no changing his mind.
   •  Incredibly sarcastic and critical of others. Judgemental.
   •  VERY protective of others that are close to him.
   •  VERY opinionated and argumentative.
   •  Ignores how he feels.
